Lyric 1

Have you been heard Gary Moore's "Empty Rooms"?
I don't know that you love it or not?
But its lyric it so great.

" Loneliness is your only friend.
A broken heart that just won't mend
Is the price you pay.

It's hard to take when love grows old.
The days are long and the nights turn cold
When it fades away.

You hope that she will change her mind
But the days drift on and on.
You'll never know the reason why she's gone.

You see her face in every crowd.
You hear her voice, but you're still proud
So you turn away.

You tell yourself that you'll be strong.
But your heart tells you
This time you're wrong.

You hope that she will change her mind
But the days drift on and on.
You'll never know the reason why she's gone.

Empty rooms
Where we learn to live without love.
Empty rooms
Where we learn to live without love.
Empty rooms
Where we learn to live without love.

Empty rooms
Where we learn to live without love.
Empty rooms
Where we learn to live without love.
Empty rooms
Where we learn to live without love.
Empty rooms
Where we learn to live without love.

All alone in an empty room.
Loneliness is your only friend.
Oh, she's gone and you're at the end."

LONELINESS IS MY FRIEND TOO.

movie 1: city of angels

a few months ago I saw a movie which it’s name was “CITY OF AGNELS”. Nicolas Cage (as Seth) and Meg Ryan (as maggie) have rolled in it. There were so many moral, sensitive and thinkable dialogs between characters. if you haven’t seen the movie I suggest you to do it.

Seth: What's that like? What's it taste like? Describe it like Hemingway.
Maggie Rice
: Well, it tastes like a pear. You don't know what a pear tastes like?
Seth
: I don't know what a pear tastes like to you.
Maggie Rice
: Sweet, juicy, soft on your tongue, grainy like a sugary sand that dissolves in your mouth. How's that?
Seth: It's perfect.

have you ever describe the taste of the “ghorme sabzi”? once I wanted to do it for a friend of mine but I couldn’t describe the taste of the ghorme sabzi. May be I couldn’t describe it because he didn’t tell me “it’s perfect” at last.

Seth: Why do people cry?
Maggie
: What do you mean?
Seth
: I mean... what happens physically?
Maggie
: Well... umm... tear ducts operate on a normal basis to lubricate and protect the eye and when you have an emotion they overreact and create tears.
Seth
: Why? Why do they overreact?
Maggie
: [pause] I don't know.
Seth: Maybe... maybe emotion becomes so intense your body just can't contain it. Your mind and your feelings become too powerful... and your body weeps.

at last I cann’t describe CRY, LAUGH, LOVE, HATE, FAITH, GOD, ….. and ……. Taste of ghorme sabzi.

unicorn is here

James Thurbers' Unicorn Story

Retold by Carol Edmondson

Once upon a time, a man went into his garden and saw a unicorn. He went back into his house and said to his wife "There is a unicorn in the garden." His wife said "Don't be ridiculous. The unicorn is a mythical beast. If you keep being silly I shall call the police and they will come and put you in the booby hatch."

The man went back out into his garden and saw the unicorn drinking from the birdbath. He went back into his house and said to his wife "The unicorn is drinking from the bird bath"

The man went back out to the garden and picked a red rose for the unicorn. The unicorn ate the rose. The man went back into his house and said to his wife "The unicorn ate a red rose." His wife said "That's it" and she rang the police.

A police officer came to the house with two men in white coats. The wife said "My husband saw a unicorn in the garden drinking from a bird bath and he fed it a red rose."  Then two men in white coats looked at the police officer.  The police officer asked the husband "Is this true?" and the husband replied "Don't be ridiculous. The unicorn is a mythical beast."  The police officer looked at the two men in white coats and they grabbed the wife and took her away to the booby hatch.

The man and the unicorn lived happily ever after.

Which just goes to show that you should never count your boobies before they are hatched.

Once upon a time :some time,or a long time, ago – used esp as the opening of a story, fairy tale, etc for young children; usually front position

Unicorn : imaginary horselike animal with a single horn

Ridiculous :(adj) silly

Mythical :(adj) not real- myth(n): story from ancient times.

Booby :(n) fool

Hatch: mark (a surface) with close parallel lines.

Grab: seize suddenly and roughly

کتابی که همه باید بخوانند.

بالاخره کتاب "همه مردان شاه" (All the Shah's men)
